‘My vision is to educate, empower,
and support individuals in cultivating
a deeper connection with their body,
its inner workings, and
its natural capacity for healing.’
As an Osteopath, I’ve devoted myself to understanding the human body- not just as a collection of parts, but as a deeply interconnected whole. I’m continually inspired by the body’s intricacies: how structure informs function, and how subtle shifts can create meaningful change in how we move and feel. My vision is to educate, empower, and support individuals in cultivating a deeper connection with their body, its inner workings, and its natural capacity for healing. When individuals become active participants in their own health and when the multiple facets of wellbeing are explored, more meaningful and lasting outcomes are achieved.
My journey into Osteopathy began with my own experience of recovering from a chronic injury in my early twenties. That time gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of bodywork in the healing process. Since then, it has become my purpose to reduce pain and suffering in others by supporting them on their path toward greater health, ease, and vitality.
In my practice, I value building relationships rooted in trust, safety, and collaboration. I take a client-centred approach, offering presence, deep listening, personalised movement and exercise guidance, and practical self-care strategies to help you meet your goals.
My intention when treating is to facilitate the body’s natural healing processes by identifying the root cause of your discomfort. I work within the biopsychosocial model, which means I consider your physical symptoms alongside psychological, emotional, and social factors that may be influencing your health. I treat people from all walks of life with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. My particular interests lie in nervous system regulation, jaw and TMJ dysfunction, women’s health, and breath and respiratory function.
I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University in NSW. I aspire to see Osteopathy grow as an accessible and widely embraced modality- one that supports long-term wellbeing and helps people live with greater ease and enjoyment.
Outside of my work, I’m a lover of movement in all its forms- dance, Pilates, and yoga among them. I maintain a dedicated meditation practice and find joy in the simplicity and beauty of everyday life.
