‘My vision is to educate, empower,
and support individuals in cultivating
a deeper connection with their body,
its inner workings, and
its natural capacity for healing.’
As an Osteopath, I see the body as a deeply interconnected whole- where structure informs function, and where even subtle shifts can create meaningful change in how we move, feel, and carry ourselves through the world. Over the years, my practice has evolved a real focus on the head, jaw, and face: TMJ dysfunction, headaches, neck tension, and the tightness so many of us hold without realising it. I love working in this space because the results can be so immediate and tangible- a softening in the jaw, an easing across the temples, a breath that suddenly feels deeper.
To support this work, I draw on structural and cranial osteopathy, myofascial release, buccal (intra-oral) massage, facial release, and lymphatic drainage- often blending these together in a single session. Using gentle, skilled hands (including intra-oral techniques, performed with gloves), I work to release deep strain patterns in the jaw and face, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and help restore balance and ease to an area that holds so much of our daily stress.
My path into osteopathy began with my own recovery from a chronic injury in my early twenties. That experience gave me a lasting appreciation for what good bodywork can do, and it set me on a path toward helping others find their way back to comfort, function, and vitality.
In my practice, I prioritise trust, safety, and collaboration. I take a client-centred approach-listening closely, working with you rather than just on you, and offering practical guidance (movement, exercises, self-care) so you can stay well between sessions. I work within the biopsychosocial model, meaning I look beyond the physical symptom to the bigger picture: stress, sleep, emotional load, and lifestyle, all of which shape how we feel in our bodies.
Beyond TMJ and facial work, I treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, with particular interest in nervous system regulation and respiratory function, including breathing patterns.
I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University, NSW. I'm passionate about osteopathy becoming a widely accessible, well-understood part of how people care for their long-term health.
Outside the clinic, I'm a lover of movement- dance, Pilates, and yoga all feature regularly, alongside a dedicated meditation practice and an appreciation for the simple things.
